Living in Coherence: The Magic of Aligning Mind, Emotion, and Action

Have you ever felt like you were driving a car with the parking brake on? You press the accelerator with all your might, you have the desire, the plan, and the willpower, but the car barely moves, or worse, it makes a screeching sound of resistance. This feeling of "internal friction" is more common than we think. We often believe that simply deciding to change is enough, yet we find ourselves stuck in the same place months later.
This happens because we are often living in incoherence. Our mind wants one thing, our emotions feel another, and our actions end up scattered or frozen. True transformation doesn't come from pushing harder; it comes from aligning these three forces so they finally pull in the same direction.
What Does It Mean to Live in Coherence?
At its simplest, coherence is the state where what you think, what you feel, and what you do are in total agreement. Imagine your life as a symphony. When the violin (your thoughts), the cello (your emotions), and the percussion (your actions) are all playing the same piece in the same key, the result is beautiful and effortless.
However, most of us live in a bit of a "noisy" state. We might think we want a new career, but we feel a deep, paralyzing fear of failure. Consequently, our action is to stay in a job that drains us. This misalignment creates a massive energy leak. We aren't just tired from working; we are exhausted from the constant internal battle.

How Incoherence Influences Your Daily Life
When your internal pillars are not aligned, it shows up in your reality in very specific ways. You might experience procrastination, which is often just a symptom of a mind that wants to move forward and an emotional body that feels unsafe doing so.
In your relationships, incoherence might look like saying "I forgive you" (thought/action) while still carrying a heavy weight of resentment in your chest (emotion). Because the emotional frequency doesn't match the words, the relationship remains tense.
In your professional life, you might set a goal to increase your income, but if you have a subconscious belief that "money is the root of all evil," your emotions will trigger anxiety every time you get close to success. Your Supercomputer, the brain, will then sabotage your actions to "protect" you from that perceived evil.
A Practical Example: The "Healthy Life" Paradox
Let's look at a common scenario: wanting to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
The Mind: "I am going to start eating well and exercising every morning starting Monday."
The Emotion: When Monday comes, there is a feeling of dread, a lack of "willpower," or a deep sense of comfort associated with the old habits.
The Action: You hit the snooze button and eat a sugary breakfast anyway.
Why did this happen? It’s rarely about a lack of discipline. It’s usually because the subconscious mind has a different program running. Perhaps there is a Secondary Gain (Ganancia Secundaria) to staying as you are, maybe the extra weight or the lack of activity feels like a "shield" or a way to stay invisible and safe. Until the mind, emotion, and action are aligned, the "willpower" will always lose to the subconscious program.

3 Recommendations to Start Reclaiming Your Coherence
If you feel "split" or stuck, here are three steps to begin aligning your internal world:
Pause and Witness the Feeling: Instead of judging your lack of action, stop and ask yourself: "What am I feeling right now regarding this goal?" If the feeling is fear, guilt, or "not enough-ness," acknowledge it. You cannot align what you refuse to see.
Check for Conflict: Look at your goal and ask: "Is there any part of me that feels unsafe achieving this?" This is the first step of Digging (Indagación). If your mind says "Yes" but your gut says "No," you have found the point of incoherence.
Connect with Your Heart: Science tells us the heart has its own "brain" with thousands of neurons. Take a few moments to breathe into your heart space. When the heart and brain are in coherence, your nervous system relaxes, making it much easier to take inspired action rather than forced action.
The Role of the Subconscious: Your Supercomputer
To truly understand coherence, we must look at the Subconscious Mind. Think of it as a powerful Supercomputer that processes 90% of your life. While your conscious mind (the other 10%) is trying to set goals, the Supercomputer is running programs based on your 4 Levels of Beliefs:
Core Level: What you learned in this lifetime, especially during childhood.
Genetic Level: Programs inherited from your ancestors.
History Level: Deep collective memories or past life experiences.
Soul Level: Everything that makes up the essence of who you are.
If your "Supercomputer" has a file that says "Success is dangerous," no amount of conscious "positive thinking" will create coherence. This is where the Theta State (4-7 cycles per second) becomes a magic key. In this deep state of relaxation, we can access the "coding" of the computer and perform Downloads: instilling the feelings and beliefs that allow your mind and emotions to finally agree.

Think of the "Dirty Water" metaphor used in epigenetics. If your cellular environment is filled with "dirty water": old traumas, inherited fears, and limiting emotions: your "cells" (your actions and results) cannot thrive. By entering the Theta state and clearing those cellular memories, we replace the "dirty water" with clear, pure energy. This allows your thoughts to flow into actions without the "parking brake" of old emotions holding you back.
Conclusion: The Peace of Alignment
Viving in coherence doesn't mean being perfect. It means being honest with yourself. It’s about the peace that comes when you no longer have to lie to your heart to satisfy your mind. When you align these forces, you stop "trying" to manifest and start allowing it to happen.

By working on the root beliefs that create conflict, you clear the path. Your mind provides the vision, your emotions provide the fuel, and your actions become the natural expression of your inner truth.
